Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, you are able to return to xxxxx and we will process a refund on receipt of items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase, after this point we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund but we will do our very best to help.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
